It turns out that it isn’t the mean, green Grinch you need to worry about this Christmas – it’s that cute and fluffy little blue guy from Disney’s ‘Lilo & Stitch’! That said, he is looking more adorable than usual in the form of ShopDisney’s brand new Holiday-themed plush toy.
Forming part of a gift set, this poseable Stitch comes with the beautifully-illustrated ‘Holiday Mischief with Stitch’ children’s book, which tells the story of Stitch’s first Christmas on Earth (which is bound to be something of a disaster).
2002’s animated classic ‘Lilo & Stitch’ sees the genetically-engineered and mischievous alien Stitch land on the island of Kauai in Hawaii, where he pretends to be a dog so that young girl Lilo takes him in, while an intergalactic task force attempts to track him down.
Disney recently announced that the animated film is the next to undergo the live-action treatment, following in the footsteps of 2016’s ‘The Jungle Book’, last year’s ‘Beauty and the Beast’ and next year’s ‘Aladdin‘, ‘Dumbo‘ and ‘The Lion King’.
