Yesterday, WDWNT shared photographs of the “film strip” entrance to Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World in its early stages of dismantlement, and today, we’re bringing you a first glimpse at its full removal.
The iconic entrance, which featured teasers for the attractions and characters guests could expect to find inside the park, has been used by guests since the early 1990s. Its bittersweet removal comes in preparation for the opening of the new car entrance on November 8th, and it’s been reported that the entrance will be used solely by Cast Members after this time.

Will you miss the old entrance to Hollywood Studios? Let us know what you’d like to see incorporated into the new one!
