While checking on the progress of the new Walt Disney World Skyliner, we came across what appears to be one of the gondolas in the station at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. There have been reports of a test gondola flying around on the newly installed lines, so we may see this or something similar up in the air around Walt Disney World soon.

The gondola we see here may only be there to make sure they fit in the station, but it sounds like there has been sightings of a test gondola.

The Disney Skyliner will also make stops at Disney’s Art of Animation and Disney’s Pop Century, as well as the upcoming Disney’s Riviera Resort. Guests will be able to travel from these resorts to Epcot and Hollywood Studios via the Skyliner gondolas (and some switches to different lines at the Caribbean Resort station).

The Disney Skyliner will debut in the Fall of 2019.

What? They already are starting to put gondolas on, yet they pushed the opening from early next year to fall of next year? Seems a bit odd.
It seems to be the stations that are going slower than anticipated.
A single car has been on site for a while and was used to do some testing at the DHS station a while back. This is likely what is happening here also. None of the other cars have been seen on site yet and rumor has it that they have been delayed.
It is already wrapped in toilet paper! I hope I can ride it before it gets replaced by new restrooms or has the station torn down leaving only the restrooms behind
