The “Little Tokyo Travel Co.” on Grand Avenue opened today at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The new kiosk is a Disney Vacation Club sales location.

The new booth is located along Grand Avenue, which will mostly serve as a queue for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. This will be the only entrance to the land for quite some time (the other will be used as an exit only at first), so it makes sense to put a sales location in such a high-traffic area.

  1. I would love to hear your thoughts on whether this points to any direction for Star Tours. It makes sense for overflow from Galaxy’s Edge, but aesthetically it’s just becoming so out of place. For Disney to put something like this right next to it, not even trying to merge the design, I wonder if long term they are planning on getting rid of Star Tours, or at least changing the building to match this new look.
