Disney’s Hollywood Studios is experiencing a major renovation for the upcoming opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Not only does it have to streamline aesthetics for the incorporation of the Skyliner, it also has to change its overall infrastructure to accommodate for the sheer masses that will be streaming through its gates come Fall. The newest walkway from the new bus loop to the entrance of the park opened back in December, and now we’re seeing the installation of a new arrival and bag check structure.
The new entry area will accommodate for future tram drop-offs and pick-ups.
Our hypothesis is that the new entry area will also feature an extended bag check area with a reconfigured security checkpoint.
