Changes have been happening at Pixar Pier in a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it kind of way. As we previously reported, the Up billboard was removed from the boardwalk. Now it looks like there’s new signage at both Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums and Poultry Palace.
Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums
Previously, Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums did not have any signage to indicate the name of the location. Not that it created much confusion; guests still flocked to the cart to indulge on the delicious chocolate chip cookies or “Num Nums.”
Now, this beautiful new sign has been added to Jack-Jack’s, enticing guests to try a Cookie Num Num from across the mass of people lined up for the Incredicoaster. As far as signs go, this one is really cute. We love detail of Jack-Jack eating one of the massive cookies.
Poultry Palace
This change may be less noticeable to some guests, but those with a sharp eye will notice that the “stickers” on the front have been added. Before, Poultry Palace featured plain purple walls on the front where guests order food, with stickers only decorating the sides. Now, what appears to be a knight chicken chess piece (say that five times fast) decorates the front of the quick-service vendor.
We’re excited to see these positive changes after the removal of the Up billboard. And it begs the question if there will be more subtle changes throughout Pixar Pier before Jessie’s Critter Carousel and Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind open. Stay tuned!
