Disneyland will be celebrating Valentine’s Day with an entire month’s worth of specialty merchandise and foods. Plaza Inn is home to one of the specialty foods released for the Valentine’s Month celebration – the Strawberry Bundt Cake. If you want to get your hands on any of the eats, treats, and drinks, they are available for a limited time. The celebration will run through February 18.

Strawberry Bundt Cake – $5.99

The Strawberry Bundt Cake was surprisingly satisfying. The Plaza Inn often has desserts that can taste stale or cold, like they just came out of the refrigerator or freezer. This one was fresh, light, and fluffy. It tastes remarkably similar to a quality strawberry shortcake.

My favorite aspect was that when you got to the core of the dessert, strawberry compote came oozing out. It made the dessert much more decadent. You would be eating well if you got the classic fried chicken or pot roast for your meal and followed it up with this as dessert.
