2019 Academy Award Nominations; Which Disney Movies Made The List?

This morning, the nominees for the 91st Academy Awards were announced and several Disney films were nominated in some major and minor categories. “Black Panther” became the very first MCU movie to be nominated for Best Picture. Both “Incredibes 2” and “Ralph Breaks The Internet” were nominated for Best Animated Feature. “Bao” was nominated for Best Animated Short. “Black Panther” and “Mary Poppins Returns” were each nominated for Best Original Song for “All The Stars” from “Black Panther” and “Where The Lost Things Go” from “Mary Poppins Returns”.

The Academy Awards will air live Feb. 24 at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET on ABC.
