Just hours after the end of Super Bowl LIII, Disney Parks has released their 2019 edition of the “What Are You Going to Do Next?” commercial starring the New England Patriots’ Julian Edelman and Tom Brady.

As has become tradition, the pair respond to the titular question with “We’re going to Disney World!” A stylized version of Cinderella Castle appears as the closing tag, resembling the castle in the opening titles of recent Disney films.

Both Edelman and Brady are expected to appear in today’s pre-parade celebration honoring the Patriots ahead of the Festival of Fantasy Parade at the Magic Kingdom. The celebration will be streamed live on YouTube and other social media channels as part of #DisneyParksLIVE. The party kicks off at 2:40 PM Eastern.

Edelman won Super Bowl MVP for his 10 catches for 141 total yards, more than any other receiver in the game. With the Patriots’ 13-3 victory over the Los Angeles Rams, Brady became both the oldest quarterback to both start and win a Super Bowl, as well as the first quarterback to win six Super Bowls in his career.

The commercial’s iconic catchphrase was recently featured on a line of merchandise at both Walt Disney World and the Disneyland Resort.

  1. Disney cannot afford to be doing advertisement like this. Disney needs to invest GREATLY in improving their decaying theme parks in the USA. It’s time for a 5th park in Orlando and to redo their other parks. Sure, we have toystory land (a cutback poorly made dump by any theme park standards), and some new areas at Hollywood studios coming, but those areas don’t even replace the closed attractions the pulled to put them there. I’m not seeing the Patriots as being impressed with Disney when they are paid handsomely to come. Magic Kingdom is near torture to endure with it’s long lines and lack of cleanliness and safety.

  2. Are they still doing a Disneyland version of these commercials?

In the scrum on the field after the game ended, you could see two guys down there holding papers that said “Disneyland” and “Disney World”. I’m guessing these were guys coordinating the shoots, so it would seem both parks are still being done. (You just never hear about the latter, it seems.)
