PHOTO REPORT: Magic Kingdom 3/21/19 (Casey Jr. Splash ‘n’ Soak Animals, Disney Snack Dress, Crowd Control, and More!)
After a long day in the real world, it was time for a visit to the Magic Kingdom. It was a beautiful evening, and we have just enough time before sunset to get some good photos.
We made our way over to see the animals in Storybook Circus.
Casey Jr. Splash ‘n’ Soak is getting closer to reopening after the refurbishment. We can see lots of the animals have been repainted and the taller animals have been reinstalled on the tops of the circus train cars.
The moat around Cinderella Castle has been drained in preparation to widen the pathway next to the castle. Here’s a look at the dam in place by Tomorrowland.
Some loose stones are hopefully being repaired. Unless they really just don’t want any stroller parking in this random triangle.
The ground has been getting repaired around the Pirates of the Caribbean. You can see the two different colored pavements.
The adult Disney Snacks Dresses are now available. They’re $128 and available from Uptown Jewelers. The youth snack dresses were spotted last week at Disney Springs.
This “Today’s Forecast High Chance of Showers” Splash Mountain mug for $19.99 is appropriate for Florida summers.
If you’ve been looking for an obscure Disney character mug, look no further than this Humphrey the Bear mug for $16.99.
The Alice in Wonderland and Inside Out Funko Pop! vinyl figures have been put in fancy display cases in an attempt to make them look more appealing.
Tape lines are all around the hub to help with crowd control during parades and fireworks. It’s always crowded during Spring Break.
It’s time for us to catch a raft out of here. Stay tuned for more updates on all the latest refurbishments and construction projects at Magic Kingdom. Thanks for joining us today!
