I’ve got a dream! I’ve got a dream! I just wanna see the floating white chocolate lanterns gleam! We were so excited last month when The Lost Princess Cone debuted in Fantasyland, but this new “Tangled” cupcake might be even sweeter! The Intermission Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort has a new monthly character icon cupcake, and this time it’s Rapunzel!

Princess Rapunzel is the inspiration for this adorable new cupcake. Her bright blond hair is represented by lemon buttercream icing piped down the side and covered with colorful sprinkles.

The white chocolate crisp pearls give off a subtle accent to the frosting, similar to the lace on Rapunzel’s dress. This lovely princess cupcake is topped by a white chocolate floating lantern. The white chocolate has a pink printed sun and edible glitter. It’s almost too pretty to eat.

Under all this decoration, there is a basic yellow cake. When we cut into it, the cupcake is filled with even more of the pink raspberry buttercream.

The cake is delicious. It’s fluffy, light, and extremely fresh. The flavors from the frosting are intense. They’re very bold, but good, and compliment the cake perfectly. Rapunzel’s yellow braid frosting is a lemon flavor and the pink buttercream is raspberry. It’s very tart, and it tastes like raspberry lemonade. If you’re a fan of lemon flavor, this cupcake is a must. It’s definitely a unique cupcake that’s beautiful and tasty.
