Sleeping Beauty Castle closed and got the scrim treatment back in early January to undergo refurbishment, with the Walkthrough closing shortly thereafter. The park really hasn’t been the same these past few months without its majestic icon, but things are looking good on the horizon.

Disneyland has recently updated the calendar for the Sleeping Beauty Castle Walkthrough and it is showing times starting on May 28th, which means guests will finally be allowed to traverse their beloved castle once again and take in scenes from the classic animated film.

While this doesn’t mean that all the scrim will be taken down around the Castle by then, it’s definitely a step in the right direction, and we can’t wait for it to all be fully revealed once the refurbishment is finished.
