ILMxLAB showed off Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series in action for the first time during Star Wars Celebration Chicago with an official trailer for Episode I.

In the trailer, the player is shown as something of an unwanted guest in the presence of the Empire. In an effort to escape from Vader’s home planet of Mustafar, players must wield a lightsaber and face droids, Stormtroopers, and Vader himself. The end of the trailer hints that perhaps players make a successful escape, but the tease ends before we find out.

Vader Immortal was announced last fall as part of a three-episode series. The game is set to launch alongside the Oculus Quest headset sometime this spring, but will also be playable on Oculus Rift as well. Steve Blum, voice of Zeb in Star Wars Rebels, has been confirmed as the voice of an imperial officer.
