I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited about a reusable bag before. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opening day reusable bags are at Disneyland! We’re happy they’re keeping things eco-friendly on Batuu.
The black and greyscale design sports a silhouette skyline of Black Spire Outpost with the Millennium Falcon (sans fence) on full display. The Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge logo shows up on this side, too.
We’d say this is the size of the medium or large totes available elsewhere at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure.
The other side of the bag features a collage design showcasing the land logo, a shot of the Millennium Falcon in flight, R2-D2, and another skyline of the land with the words “Landing 2019” inscribed.
Pricing and sizes should be around the same as the ones throughout Disneyland, but no signage on bags or pricing has been officially released.
Following Disney’s effort to reduce its use of single-use plastics by the end of the year, these bags are made out of 80% recycled material. It is not known whether Galaxy’s Edge will offer plastic bags to guests, and we’ve yet to spot any of them out in the wild.
How cool! What store did you find these in?
