Jambo! Welcome to the latest photo report, direct from Disney’s Animal Kingdom! It’s been raining off and on all morning, but that’s not going to stop us! It looks like the rain has helped to clear out the crowds, so this is the perfect chance to get around the park before the next downpour!
We found some cute new special edition Simba and Nala plush in the Discovery Trading Company. They’re $19.99 each and with every lion plush sold, Disney will donate $5 to the Wildlife Conservation Network. These are some unique souvenirs that will also help support the Lion Recovery Fund. Who could say no to that?
I’m pretty sure everyone had a Nala purse like this when they were a kid. For $24.99, you can relive your childhood with this new bag.
Over at the Dino Institute, we spotted a Pocahontas MagicBand. This beauty is a little pricey at $24.99, but it’s nice to have a wide selection of characters to choose from.
Various outdoor carts are now offering the Mickey Bubble Baton. These look like a lot of fun for $28.17!
We’re gonna take advantage of the rain holding off and take the scenic route.
The top of a new structure is visible over the walls in the dining area of Harambe Market.
The Joffrey’s mini donuts here have a cute little Simba design!
They’re trying to sell off the remaining Father’s Day Finding Nemo cupcakes at Creature Comforts.
Primeval Whirl was still closed, sadly.
At the Dawa Bar, you can now try the new Orange Blossom specialty cocktail. It doesn’t sound too special, but I’m sure it’s good!
The sky is starting to get dark, and all of the outdoor carts have started to close up in anticipation of the storm. The Yeti might not be the only scary thing around here pretty soon. It’s time to get out of here!
Thanks for joining us on this adventure around the park. We hope you had a wild time and continue to stay tuned to WDWNT.com for all the latest.
