It’s almost time for the official opening of Villa del Lago and the Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, just in time for the grand opening of Gran Destino Tower this July. With the actual bridges open now, guests can traverse the resort much more easily and quickly, as well as drop in for updates on these upcoming eateries.

New to the scene is the latest menu board for Villa del Lago’s premier eatery. Housed within the Villa del Lago in the center of Lago Dorado, Three Bridges Bar & Grill will introduce a new table service dining experience where guests can delight in sandwiches, shared plates, and more at this relaxing lakefront restaurant.

Upon arrival, new signage by El Centro points guests towards Villa del Lago––coming soon.

We recently covered the unveiling of the full bridge walkway and Villa del Lago soft opening back in May.

The new menu board is posted right by the seating and dining area, with times (4:30 PM – 12:00 AM) listed at the bottom. Seems this will be a good spot for a late lunch/dinner, or drinks after dinner!

Sharable plates include dishes like Curry-Lentil Hummus, Szechuan Peppercorn Wings, and Stuffed Mushrooms. The entrée menu includes the Villa del Lago Salad with arugula, frisée, warm Yukon potatoes, white beans, and asparagus tossed in a bright sherry vinaigrette. Also featured are Braised Pork Tacos, Grilled Skirt Steak, Harissa Lamb Chops, Crispy Chicken Sliders and the Three Bridges Signature Burger. This mouthwatering burger comes with crispy potato, Manchego cheese, roasted garlic-lemon aïoli, arugula and tomato.

You can explore food photos from Three Bridges Bar & Grill as well as the newly-announced Dahlia Lounge and Barcelona Lounge, here!

A variety of cocktails, beers, ciders, and wines will also be available.

And if you’re looking for an afternoon pick-me-up, this is the spot to get your cortadito or café con leche fix.

Keep in mind that currently, the walkway adjacent to El Centro leading to the Gran Destino Tower is walled off as construction wraps up in the area. Guests looking to reach Ranchos and Cabanas area must use the Villa del Lago bridges to access those sections of the resort.

More reasonable prices than I expected at a convention resort.
