Welcome to another beautiful day here at the Magic Kingdom. The sun is shining, the Halloween decorations are out, and we’re ready to go!
Love the window art.
We really miss seeing Astro Orbiter going around in Tomorrowland. We spotted a tech going up the elevator, which is hopefully a good sign. We also noticed a safety vest at the top, so it looks like somebody has been up there working recently. We’re looking forward to it reopening, so we’ll keep you updated!
The lights still aren’t working in the hair salon on the PeopleMover.
The spitting camel was having some struggles today. The head wasn’t turning, but it was still spitting.
The light is getting repaired near the Cinderella Castle. There had been a wooden box covering the area for some time, so it’s nice to see this getting fixed since it’s so close to the new pathway.
Repairs are also taking place on the pavement inside Tomorrowland Terrace.
The D-Tech on Demand Kiosks have a 50th Anniversary Haunted Mansion magnet.
These 50th Anniversary Haunted Mansion phone cases are available in the Emporium. The 3D case is $34.99 and the regular case is $29.99
Inside Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. the massage chairs and photo booth have been removed. We rarely ever saw people using them, so removing them seems like a better use of the space. There is a lot of extra room for guests to sit and hang out in the air conditioning near the exit. Let’s hope more benches are added soon!
The line for Sleepy Hollow Refreshments was really long this morning. Everyone seems to stop here early in the day for their delicious treats!
The new character ID lanyards are available for $16.99.
A quick look at Tron shows us even more framework starting to enclose the tracks.
It’s a hot day, but the water is turned off at the Casey Jr. Splash ‘n’ Soak.
Some cute Nightmare Before Christmas plush is available at Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe.
The Donald Duck Brownie is available all day at Casey’s Corner.
Well, it’s been a busy day. It might be time to Move it, Shake it, MousekeDance our way out of here.
Thanks for joining us around the Magic Kingdom. Be sure to stay tuned for more updates!
what’s the story on the splash station? i thought it just underwent a major refurbishment; why is it off so often, especially during hot days? my kids will want to use it and i will be disappointed for them if it’s not on when we go in 10 days.
Why do you have to put Halloween stuff out so early? It ruins it. Even the stores ruin the holidays cause decorations come out way too early. Stop already!!!!
You’re in the minority here. I have fam visiting from Aug-Oct and they all enjoy being able to experience Halloween at Disney. For the same reason I enjoy Christmas being up a little into Jan. It’s one thing for a house or a store. It’s another for a place where people plan “once in a life” vacations. Besides, now that kids are back in school, crowds lower, and the parks become tolerable again until Christmas.
