As we announced yesterday, many of the Walt Disney World parks are operating under shortened hours today, with the Magic Kingdom open only until 3:00 PM and Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom closing even earlier at 2:00 PM.
Walt Disney World issued these schedule changes in an interest of caution for their guests and Cast Members, however, seeing as though the impacts of Hurricane Dorian have been minimal, it appears they’ve decided to extend hours for Epcot and Disney Springs today. The new hours are as follows:
- Epcot will be closing at 7:00 PM today, September 3rd, 2019.
- Disney Springs will be closing at 8:00 PM today, September 3rd, 2019.
If you’re looking to head over to Epcot, do keep in mind that certain changes have been made to keep the park safe while hours of operation are extended:
