We were up early this morning getting ready for our  Reflections Of Forever event today, and while we were perusing the food court at Everything Pop (located in Disney’s Pop Century Resort), we found some adorable Skyliner themed cookies!

This cookie is a sugar cookie base with edible frosting on top. The frosting for the cookie has a printed picture of Nemo and friends, and the Disney Skyliner logo is featured on the bottom. The cookie itself actually wasn’t that bad, as far as Disney cookies go. This one was pretty fresh, but was more dense, almost cake-like and soft.

We then headed over to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and at the Centertown Market Grab & Go, we found a Peter Pan-themed cookie! Of course, this cookie tastes the same as Nemo, but it’s nice to have different character options to devour.

The classic Mickey design and Donald and Daisy were both found at BoardWalk Bakery.

Goofy can be found at Yacht Club Marketplace.

Winnie the Pooh and Piglet can be found at Yorkshire County in the United Kingdom pavilion in Epcot.

Anna, Elsa and Olaf were found at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in the Norway pavilion in Epcot.

During the opening day of Disney’s Skyliner, Everything POP at Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s Art of Animation Landscape of Flavors had the Finding Nemo cookie. Since then, Mickey and Minnie have replaced Nemo at Everything POP.

All of the cookies are retailing for $4.99, and we love this unique way to celebrate the opening of the Disney Skyliner!
