It wasn’t too long ago that we revealed that the Hong Kong Disneyland native Cookie, introduced last summer, would have her name changed to CookieAnn. Now, it appears CookieAnn will be making her way to Tokyo DisneySea starting December 26th! She is the first Duffy friend not created for Tokyo DisneySea to join the Duffy friends in Japan. Along with her introduction, special merchandise and food are also on their way! Let’s take a look at some of the upcoming offerings to celebrate her arrival! The Oriental Land Company offered the following backstory for CookieAnn at Tokyo DisneySea:

Duffy first met CookieAnn when he was enjoying some delicious cotton candy. He accidentally bumped into her as she was carrying a huge stack of waffles, and all their treats flew into the air! Luckily, CookieAnn caught them, and turned the ingredients into a cotton candy waffle sandwich. The accident turned out to be a recipe for friendship!

As a grand welcome for CookieAnn, a greeting drive featuring her, Duffy, and Mickey Mouse will be presented in the American Waterfront from March 27th through May 31st!
