Holiday Entertainment Returns to the Magic Kingdom Starting November 3rd

While this year’s first Christmas Parties aren’t until November 8th, it appears that the Magic Kingdom will be getting a head start to the holiday festivities, with many fan-favorite holiday show offerings returning on November 3rd.

Starting November 3rd, the first Frozen Holiday Wish show of the season will illuminate Cinderella Castle at 6:15 PM as Queen Elsa magically transforms it with glistening ice. Also on that day, the special holiday tag for Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire and Christmas-themed outfits for the Holly Jolly Trolley Show will also debut.

Once the holiday season officially kicks off on November 8th, each of this year’s 23 nights of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will feature performances of Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas and Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration stage show.

  1. When will the times be posted for these events? Any rumors about extra magic hours after november 3?

  2. At the risk of sounding like a certain polarizing political figure who shall remain nameless, the headline says “Holiday Entertainment Returns” but I think you mean “Christmas Entertainment Returns.” After all, the Magic Kingdom has been celebrating the holiday of Halloween since August, but that’s not what this article is talking about. And there is literally nothing about the Magic Kingdom’s festivities that are geared toward Hanukkah or Kwanzaa or any other holiday of the season. Even New Year’s is not celebrated until the week of. This is not a celebration of “holidays” or “the holiday season.” It is a celebration of Christmas.

    • I think the key thing worth focusing on is that the Magic Kingdom itself is using the word Christmas. If someone happens to use the word holiday in place of the word Christmas in a headline on a website, I’m able to go on functioning without letting it ruin my day.
