We come to you today with construction updates from Mickey’s Star Traders in the Magic Kingdom. Construction walls have since switched sides of the store, forcing the entrance of the store to switch as well. Let’s take a look at all of the latest updates in this beloved Tomorrowland store.

The space murals have since been boarded up to accommodate work in the store. It’s still unknown whether they will “survive” the refurbishment.

You can see where the construction walls used to be with the new silver-colored piping. The pipes behind the walls are still the old teal color.

The windows that let guests riding the PeopleMover to look into the store are still covered up as well.

Previously, this side entrance to the store had been closed.

The entrance to the store has switched to accommodate work on the other side of Mickey’s Star Traders.

We hope to see work wrap up soon so we can look into the store again from the PeopleMover and allow for better guest flow with two functioning entrances. You can read our first construction update for Mickey’s Star Traders here.
