The new Guest Relations ticket counter at EPCOT’s International Gateway has finally made its grand debut and it’s absolutely gorgeous! It’s conveniently located for guests staying at the Disney’s Boardwalk Inn or Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort, or those coming in via Disney Skyliner.

The ticket counter has a nice Art Nouveau look to it similar to the design of the nearby Skyliner station. It blends in with the theming of the surrounding pavilions, France and the United Kingdom, creating a unique atmosphere before guests even enter the park through the International Gateway.

The counter has rich cherry wood worked throughout the design. It makes for a warm welcome when approaching the windows.

One of our favorite details is the beautiful illustrations show on screens above the windows, advertising ticket prices and special events.

The illustration for the Florida resident annual pass has a lovely painting of the state’s iconic orange grooves with an orange blossom in the foreground. Spaceship Earth can be seen in the distant background.

Globe lights line the area underneath the green awning, adding to the overall aesthetic. We’re sure it will look wonderful at night.

What do you think about the new guest relations ticket counter at International Gateway? Will you be using it rather than the ones located at the EPCOT’s main entrance? Let us know in the comments.

  1. “Will you be using it rather than the ones located at the EPCOT’s main entrance?”

Gotta be honest… I choose based on what’s closer, so most likely I’ll be using these as opposed to ubering around to the front of the park to use the main entrance guest relations. But to each his/her own!
