The cone sells for $4.99 and is worth every single penny! It was so good that we were tempted to go buy another one right after finishing our first cone.

Nestled on the side of the pathway near Expedition Everest, the Anandapur Ice Cream Truck is where you’ll find this sweet treat. With its colorful design, it’s hard to miss! Now let’s get into what makes this ice cream cone so great.

The soft-serve ice cream itself is peppermint flavored. We’re finicky about mint flavored things, but this soft-serve strikes the right balance. It’s smooth, possessing the typical cool mint sensation, without overpowering our palate or clearing out our sinuses.

The waffle cone is delicious. It’s crisp, but soft enough that when you take a bite pieces don’t go flying everywhere. It held its shape the entire time we were eating the ice cream and there was no ice cream leakages from the bottom of the cone. It helped to minimize any mess.

The sprinkles were a nice final touch to this cone. Instead of peppermint colored sprinkles that we’ve found on other holiday desserts around Walt Disney World, these sprinkles are the real deal. They’re made out of crushed candy cane and are delicious.

The Peppermint Soft-Serve Ice Cream was so good that we’re going to be making more trips to Animal Kingdom throughout the holiday season just for it! This treat proves delicious treats don’t have to be complicated. All they need are quality ingredients. Disney, is there anyway we could keep this around all year? Will you be trying the Peppermint Soft-Serve Ice Cream on your next trip to Animal Kingdom?
