If you plan on spending any time in the kitchen this holiday season, then Disney Springs has a new store perfect for you. The former Mickey’s Pantry location, next to Earl of Sandwich, has been transformed into The Spice and Tea Exchange. Mickey’s Pantry is gone, but you can still find plenty of spices to fill your own pantry. The Spice and Tea Exchange had occupied a tiny corner of Mickey’s Pantry up until now, but it has completely taken over the store. Let’s take a look at the changes.
What a difference! It seems they’ve moved in quickly and everything looks nice and organized.
Everyone is friendly and ready to help you find what you’re looking for. There is such a variety in the store, you may just want to take some time to browse the amazing selection of tea, spices, and more.
These walls were once filled with Disney mugs, bottles of wine, and other Disney themed housewares, but they’ve all been replaced.
There’s more than just spices and tea, though. They’ve even got candles, pasta, and giant salt blocks, among other unique goodies.
There’s even recipe cards. Remember… anyone can cook!
Just making my wish list. There is so much unique stuff, you can really spend a lot of time in here.
While it’s sad to have lost another Disney-inspired storefront to a franchise, I’m excited for the latest addition to Disney Springs and can’t wait to start cooking! Be sure to check out our full video tour below, and bon appetit!
I am thrilled about this as that corner of Mickey’s Pantry was always my favorite spot. The custom spice blends are fantastic. The only problem I see is that I’m going to need a bigger spice rack.
On a family-friendly website, it’s probably not a good idea to admit you need a bigger rack.
There was a spice & tea exchange where I used to live. I’m obsessed with their popcorn spice blend– it’s a MUST for any popcorn lover!
This bums me out. I preferred the kitchenware and picked up and number of neat items there and was hoping to purchase more on subsequent trips.
You can still find the Disney kitchenware and aprons in hotel gift shops and The World of Disney :)
They probably have some in the bloodbath that is World of Disney
