Ron Jon Surf Shop at Disney Springs has opened a day early! We made our way over to Disney Springs to check it out.
The 10,000-square-foot store, which marks Ron Jon Surf Shop’s 12th location in the U.S., is located in Town Center.
Ron Jon store employees were excited to welcome their very first guests with complimentary souvenir leis.
As far as the merchandise goes, it’s your typical logo apparel and surf supplies, with the special addition of the “Disney Springs” location print. (You know, because surfing is such a popular hobby in Orlando. Maybe if you’re heading down to Typhoon Lagoon, or West Palm Beach…)
Various photographs of some of the earliest Ron Jon Surf Shops and some famous surfers line the walls.
If you need to stock up on lots of board wax, there are logo baskets available to use while you shop.
Guests looking for sun protection products can find a variety of Sun Bum sunscreens here as well.
Fun memorabilia, like this signed surfboard shadowbox of the world’s youngest champion surfer, Kelly Slater, are also on display.
Upstairs via staircase or escalator (there is also an elevator), you’ll find some home decor, as well as footwear, toys, more apparel, and yes, actual surfboards.
A wall stacked with neat skateboards is also on display. Do note that skateboarding is not allowed at Disney Springs.

Don’t forget to miss out on tomorrow’s grand opening celebration, with giveaways and live music taking place at the store all weekend long.
Hey, you might be heading to early morning surf lessons at Typhoon Lagoon.
