Bonjour! L’Artisan des Glaces, located in the France pavilion, is arguably one of our favorite ice cream spots in Walt Disney World Resort. So, when we found out they were offering something special for the 2019 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, we knew we had to try it.

Glace au Pain d’Epices: Gingerbread Ice Cream with Gingerbread Pieces – $5.00
It’s really hard to order something that you won’t enjoy here, but this is probably the best ice cream they’ve ever made. The gingerbread pieces in the ice cream were the freshest I have had in a theme park, leading me to wish that the bakery in France produced the gingerbread goodies for all of Walt Disney World.
While it has a lot of nutmeg in it, it all worked well with the sweetness of the ice cream. I highly recommend you order this if you’ll be visiting during the holidays this year.

L’Artisan des Glaces is located in the France Pavilion, near the entrance to Souvenirs de France and Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie and across from L’Esprit de la Provence. L’Artisan des Glaces is number 21 on the map below.
Even though the France pavilion is partially under construction for the upcoming attraction Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, we highly recommend stopping in to check this treat out.
