*NEW* Rillette de Saumon: Salmon Spread with House-made Bread – $5.75

This makes a good snack for the price of $5.75, and you receive a just enough salmon to pair with the pastry.
Bouchée à la Reine Traditionnelle: Turkey and Mushrooms in a Veloute Cream Sauce served in a Light Puff Pastry – $6.75

In this, turkey and mushrooms in a veloute cream sauce are served in a light puff pastry. This has a hearty interior as the cream sauce pairs well with the turkey, but the outside crust was both flaky in some spots and a little hard in others.
Bûche de Noël au Chocolat “Christmas Log”: Chocolate Cake with Dark Chocolate Caramel Ganache – $4.99

A chocolate cake with dark chocolate caramel ganache, this is a treat fit for any lover of a bitter and sweet taste combination. Dense and rich, the texture only amplifies the dark chocolate. I highly recommend it.
*NEW* Sparkling Rose Veuve Dubarry Cuvée Prestige ($12/bottle) – $6.00
Vivino user David DeBoe says: “Clear, lemon green color with aggressive bubbles. Has an aroma of yuzu, honeysuckle, and for some reason sour cream… High acid, dry, with a medium body.”
*NEW* Syrah, Grand Vallon, Charles Brotte ($16/bottle) – $6.75
Monsieur Touton Selection Ltd. describes the Syrah as having a “pale rose color with slight salmon nuances,” with “intense aromas recalling red fruits – especially red currant [and] raspberry,” and a “light and vivid [mouthfeel] with persistent fruitiness… It is a pleasant and easy drinking wine.”
*NEW* Kir Imperial: Sparkling Wine and Chambord Liqueur ($31/bottle) – $7.00
*NEW* Frozen Hot Chocolate Martini: Grey Goose Vanilla Vodka ($28/bottle) and Chocolate Milk – $10.75

This martini looks stunning and is perfect for a festive and elegant Instagram post.
