After a fourth week at the box office, “Frozen 2” fell to second place and was beaten by “Jumanji: The Next Level.” The sequel to the hit movie “Jumanji” generated $60 million at the domestic box office to take the #1 spot. So far, “Jumanji: The Next Level” has made $113 million worldwide.

“Frozen 2” made $19.2 million this weekend in North America, and an additional $55 million internationally, bringing its worldwide box office total to $1.033 billion. This makes “Frozen 2” the sixth Disney movie this year to cross the $1 billion mark. So far this year, Disney has made more than $10 billion at the box office.

“Frozen 2” is also the third Walt Disney Animated Studios film to make over $1 billion at the box office. The other two animated films to share this impressive feat are “Frozen,” which made $1.274 billion, and “Zootopia,” which made $1.023 billion.

Next weekend, we will see the release of “Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker” in 4,200 theaters. Disney and Fox will release “Spies In Disguise” in 3,300 theaters. Universal will also release “Cats” in 3,300 theaters. Get ready! It’s going to be a big weekend at the box office!
