Welcome to a very chilly December morning here at Walt Disney World. We’ve arrived at the Magic Kingdom to relatively low crowds, thanks to the cold weather.
Inside the park, everyone is looking for warm clothing and warm beverages. A temporary coffee cart has come out to help warm guests up and alleviate some of the line for Starbucks.
Inside the Emporium, we find racks of sweatshirts and long lines of guests waiting to purchase warmer clothing.
Some guests make do with what they have. When you spend your souvenir money on Skyliner socks at the beginning of the trip and wish you’d bought gloves by the end of the trip, you improvise.
The snack raincoats are finally back in stock.
The Belle of the Ball Bronze Mickey plush finally arrived at the Emporium for $19.99.
Fantasy Fare has changed a bit. They’ve got a larger selection of tee shirts and plush now.
Mobile Ordering moved to Bay 1 inside Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café. It was previously located at Bay 2, but it looks like they’re going to try to have mobile ordering specifically on one side. This sounds like a good idea!
Crowds of people were pouring into the Country Bear Jamboree. We love seeing this, even if they’re all just looking for somewhere warm to go.
Everyone has their winter wear on today!
Thanks for following us around the Magic Kingdom. We’ll see you again real soon!
