With the repainting of Cinderella Castle at the Magic Kingdom underway, we now have the new pink coloring being applied to the body of the structure.
It’s quite different from the rest of the pink and beige hues, but this will change over the coming days.
More turret roofs are changing color throughout the morning as well, with painting happening into opening hours of the park.
Another section shows the profound color differences.
A wider shot gives us somewhat of a glimpse into the future of this beloved icon.
Stay tuned for the latest on this transformation project!

Will this be permanent or just something they are doing for the 50th anniversary?
Not to judge just yet but I’m not overly wild about this change. The castle’s lighter color palette has been perfected for over 50 years and has worked just fine, it just seem perpetually fresh. We’ll just have to see.
How disappointing. I thought the pink was just the lighting in the picture. Pink and blue is for the Sleeping Beauty Castle. Silver, white and blue is for Cinderella.
