Fan-favorite DuckTales has spent its third season re-introducing a host of classic Disney characters. It was only a few weeks ago that Chip, Dale, and the rest of the Rescue Rangers made their debut, and a week before that Goofy mad his first appearance. Now another classic character is joining the show’s cast: Daisy Duck!
DuckTales follows the adventures of Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Uncle Scrooge McDuck. The original show ran from 1987 to 1990, and the reboot began in 2017. Donald Duck appeared only sparingly in the original show, but he’s been a staple of the reboot. With Donald becoming a main character, it was only a matter of time before Daisy showed up. The new clip below shows Daisy’s first scene.
It looks like DuckTales is going to show us Daisy and Donald’s first meeting as Donald doesn’t recognize her in this clip.
The episode is “Louie’s Eleven!” and the description reads, “Louie plans a break-in at a high-class party hosted by Duckburg’s most popular tastemaker, Emma Glamour, so the Three Caballeros can play as Donald tries to get past the party’s no-nonsense planner, Daisy Duck.” Tress MacNeille guest stars as Daisy Duck.
