There are countless reasons why guests fawn over Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. Shucks, I can think of over 30 reasons right off that bat, ranging from Ankole to Zebra. Alas, despite the fact that this resort is literary roaring with wildlife… it is their culinary masterwork that keeps me coming back for seconds… and yes, even thirds! That’s right, giraffes and gazelles. Move over… you’ve got competition! What can I say, this self-proclaimed foodie is a sucker for delicately-plated exotic cuisine.
