If you ordered Disney Face Masks when they debuted on shopDisney earlier this year, and are looking to obtain more in person, they are now on sale at Disney Springs! Here, we’ll walk you through the process of obtaining them, plus give you a first look at these masks out of the bag.
The face masks are being sold out of the PhotoPass Studio and the Marketplace Co-Op at Disney Springs. Guests line up outside the PhotoPass Studio while filling out a form indicating their preferences.
A large sign is out for reference, showing all of the different styles. All of these are sold on shopDisney, with the exception of the Rainbow Mickey masks, which are new. Most come in only Medium or Large sizes, with Small sizes available for the Goofy face mask and the Rainbow Mickey mask. Each mask retails for $6.00 plus tax, but you can purchase 4 for $20.00 plus tax. There is a limit of 4 per guest, and no discounts are applicable. Due to the nature of these items, there are no refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Each guest receives this little slip of paper and a pencil to fill out the form.
On the back of the form, sizing information is available.
Cast Members also have a paddle showing off the different face mask sizes, from smallest at the top, to largest.
After filling out your form and filing through the line, you enter the PhotoPass Studio, where a Cast Member will process your order and hand you your mask selections.
Of course, there’s hand sanitizer available, as it is at all retail and dining locations across Disney Springs.
A set of face masks are on display to give guests an idea of what they look like on.
Used pencils can be discarded in this bin.
Masks are filed in these bins by size and style.
After obtaining your masks, you’re led over to the Marketplace Co-Op.
Once inside, you head into The Dress Shop to pay for your masks.
After you’ve paid for your masks, you can exit out of the usual one-way exits for the Marketplace Co-Op.
And there you have it! That’s how you get your hands on the newest Disney Face Masks, now available at Disney Springs. Here’s a first look at the new Rainbow Mickey mask for Pride month:

Any word on when the pre-orders will be shipped? I ordered 5/2 and mine still show processing.
I love the Disney masks but they run really small. They do need to stock an extra-large. My daughter and I aren’t large by any stretch of the imagination and we both needed a large. The large doesn’t fit my husband.
will the medium size work on 8 and under kids?
