We’re getting hungry at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, so we’re making a stop at Yak & Yeti Local Food Cafes to see what changes are in place.

Much like the attractions in the park, social distancing markers have been set up in the queue.

The creatively-designed menus remain, adding to the feel of the area.

Perhaps the biggest change is that Mobile Ordering is currently not being offered at the restaurant, requiring guests to order at the counter.

A basic safety reminder is posted nearby.

There are more social distancing markers as guests approach the counter, with plexiglas windows surrounding the cashier station and pickup window.

At the moment, cash payments are not accepted. Guests can use credit cards and Disney Gift Cards to complete their purchase.

Indoor seating is closed, leaving guests to enjoy their food outdoors.

In keeping with social distancing, certain tables have been made unavailable, but there’s no shortage of available seating.

Yak & Yeti Quality Beverages remains closed for now.

Finally, it’s lunchtime! The condiment bar is currently closed, with condiments and utensils being handed out at the pickup counter.

After all this looking around, some honey sesame chicken sounds great right about now.

All in all, it’s still a great place to enjoy some exotic flavors, and take in the scenery!
