Universal Orlando Resort has been very quiet about the new coaster that is currently under construction in Jurassic Park at Islands of Adventure. It’s easy to see, there’s no hiding what’s happening, but Universal has continued to stay silent lately. With the location, construction wall decals, and flag attached to the track, there’s no denying this dinosaur-themed attraction is going to be thrilling. Over time, we’ve watched the track near completion (and at this time, still incomplete), and show buildings and rock facades raise up around it.
The metal framework in the area will mostly likely all become rocks, so we’re expecting this area to look completely different very soon. More jagged rock pieces are poking out over the construction walls and changing the skyline already.
Looking closely, we can see plants have been added around the rocks, too. These little details are really enhancing the area.
It appears they’re working on sealing up the gray panels around the show buildings, too.
The show building has a lot more paneling and one wall is nearing completion on this side.
Down near the lagoon, there are rebar frames and wooden boards along the edge of the water as they prepare to complete the wall along the lagoon.
That’s all for this update, but be sure to keeping following Universal Parks News Today for all the latest news on this new addition to Jurassic Park at Islands of Adventure.
