Last March, a “Ratatouille” sign was installed on the archway at the front of the expansion to the France Pavilion at EPCOT. This sign was at the top of an archway visible from inside the park, over the construction walls.

The sign was a nice teaser for guests who walked this way.

Now the exterior cover of the sign has been removed, leaving a blank space on the archway.

You can still see where the sign was attached. We aren’t sure if this is because the sign is going to be replaced with something else, or if it needed some sort of maintenance or electrical work (only the light box remains at this time.) It may also be a sign of a possible style change, however that’s unconfirmed at this time.

When the park reopened back in July, the “Opening Summer 2020” banner that also hung from this same archway was removed.

The expansion to the France Pavilion, which includes the new Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, was originally supposed to open this summer. Due to the park’s temporary closure, construction projects were delayed and there is no new opening timeframe for the expansion. But can see how the expansion has progressed in our latest construction update.
