Looking to get a little spooky? Then this Spooky Mickey Brownie, available from September 27 to October 31 from Roaring Fork in Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, may be the exact treat you’re looking for.
Spooky Mickey Brownie – $4.29
Classic brownie topped with a dark chocolate spider
This is a soft Mickey shaped brownie, with a vanilla icing spiderweb in the center of the treat.
Of course, no spiderweb is complete without a spider, and this brownie comes with a large dark chocolate spider sitting in the center.
The spider and brownie are covered in edible glitter, to add to the “spookiness” of the snack.
The brownie we found to be adequately moist, though the treat was dense, nearly like a chocolate cake.
The spider is basic dark chocolate, and the glitter didn’t add or take anything away from the chocolate taste. The icing the spider sits atop we found to be sweet, but it was mostly flavorless.
If you’re a brownie lover, then you’ll enjoy this treat. We found it to more on the basic side, just a simple brownie with a seasonal flair.
This is the second specialty treat available at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, earlier were able to review the “Going Batty” Cookies and Cream Cupcake, which is sure to be a favorite among chocolate lovers.
