Adventures by Disney Announces New Private Adventures; Sales Begin October 27

Adventures by Disney has announced new Private Adventures heading to five worldwide destinations.

These special trips can accommodate up to 12 Guests, providing your clients with an intimate way to enjoy immersive and authentic experiences with their own chosen group of fellow travelers. Each of the new Private Adventures provides your clients the insider access they anticipate from an Adventures by Disney vacation.

Private Adventures offer the same benefits guests receive on other Adventures by Disney vacations, including:

  • Outstanding accommodations
  • Insider access to select attractions
  • Unique cultural experiences
  • Privately guided tours
  • Hassle-free travel throughout your adventure thanks to your Private Adventure Guide(s)

Unlike group Adventures by Disney vacations, most Private Adventures don’t have a minimum age requirement, though some activities may not be available for younger children.

Private Adventures will go on sale beginning October 27, 2020, with vacations leaving in April 2021 for the following five countries:

  • Costa Rica
  • Egypt
  • Greece
  • Italy
  • Peru (minimum age of 6)

Private Adventures will be led by one dedicated guide for the entire trip in Costa Rica, Egypt, and Peru. There will be a different guide per destination city in Greece and Italy.

To book, interested parties can call an Adventures by Disney Vacationista at 800-543-0865. Once a travel request has been made, it takes approximately 3 business days to confirm the departure. For private groups larger than twelve, guests can call an Adventures by Disney Groups Associate at (877) 223-0375 for more information. Rates vary depending on the size of the group and guest ages.

Today, Adventures by Disney suspended all trips through December 31 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In regards to future trips, they stated that they “have been working to develop health and safety measures after considering guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as local and international health authorities.”
