PHOTOS: M&M’s Store Construction Adds More Framework at Disney Springs

Greetings from Disney Springs! It’s been a while since we’ve looked at progress on the M&M’s Store, so let’s see what’s new!

While the store is still listed to open this year on the M&M’s Store website, it seems like there’s a long way to go before this shop can sweeten the area.

From the front of the building, the only major change since our last visit is the addition of framework behind the awning on the right-hand side.

On the left-hand side, the metal framework looks like it’s been painted over from a rusty red to a grayish color.

There hasn’t been much progress above. The area looks nearly identical to how it did back on October 2nd, as seen below:

Meanwhile, construction workers have moved inside the framework. Hopefully this means that interior work will pick up soon.

If you can’t wait to enjoy some of that chocolatey goodness at Disney Springs, you can use the QR code on the construction walls to download the Treat Town app and virtually trick-or-treat for real candy. And if you’re in the mood for grim, grinning ghosts, keep an eye out for a special section themed to The Haunted Mansion coming next week!
