The Electric Umbrella is being demolished to make way for a future Starbucks and new restaurant as construction at EPCOT continues. Most defining elements of the Electric Umbrella are now gone.

Since we last checked, elements of the roof and ceiling have also been torn down.

The center of the building’s roof between Electric Umbrella and Mouse Gear is where the destruction is most obvious. Sections of blue are now gone, revealing the inside of the roof structure and exposed wood. A blue tarp also hangs in the center.

Inside the Electric Umbrella, there are many things hanging from the ceiling. A purple support seems to have taken some damage.

The Mouse Gear site next door is mostly empty right now. For now, Mouse Gear is housed in a temporary location nearby.

Across the way, not much has changed in the demolition of Innoventions West.

From behind Electric Umbrella, we can see more of the exposed ceiling.
