A system-wide outage is currently affecting the dining reservation system at Walt Disney World, with guests unable to make reservations via My Disney Experience or by phone.

After around 4:00 PM today, the dining reservation system for Walt Disney World Resort seemingly stopped working. Guests making reservations would find the reservation had vanished upon checking My Disney Experience. No email confirmation was ever sent.

We tried for ourselves to make a reservation for Beaches & Cream:

We were able to select and confirm a Beaches & Cream reservation for this evening.

However, it disappeared after we went back to view Our Plans.

It is also worth noting that for Guests who reached out to the Walt Disney World Reservation phone line, Cast Members were unsuccessful in helping book dining reservations.
