For the first time in… a few days, Frozen Ever After has reopened following a brief refurbishment at EPCOT, though there is still a technical glitch that needs work. Let’s see how things look now!
Walking through the queue, we can see the plexiglass dividers that separate guests.
Olaf and Sven are looking pretty good as they beckon guests to continue their journey.
Meanwhile, the trolls appear refreshed and clean… well, as clean as they can covered with moss.
Olaf turns figure eights as he skates by the fountain.
Then we get to Anna and Kristoff, and that’s where things go awry. The projection on Anna kept “rolling”, revealing momentary blips where her face disappeared.
It’s pretty unsettling, though Kristoff doesn’t seem to mind.
Thankfully, that was the worst of the issues, and the projections for every other Audio-Animatronic worked fine.
As we leave the “Let it Go” scene, we noticed that the fog effects seemed to be cranked up quite a bit. At the point of the ride where we started to go backwards, the tunnel was so foggy, we could barely see.
That being said, the fog didn’t bother Marshmallow and the Snowgies anyway.
At least Anna was feeling much better for the finale, with no projection issues at all.
Still, it is disappointing to see an issue like this come up just after a refurbishment. Hopefully, this can be rectified in the near future. For a full video of the ride, check out our YouTube video below!

Just adjust the tracking. The newer VCRs have auto-tracking, so if you have one of those and you’re still having problems, you prob need to disable it and manually adjust.
