This year, we may not get to see the full gingerbread carousel that is usually on display at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, but the resort does have a small version of the carousel that you can take home and eat!

Gingerbread Carousel – $45

This carousel is available in the Beach Club Marketplace, where Cast Members will take care to wrap your carousel in cellophane and tie it at the top like a gift basket.

Note that though there is a sturdy base, this is not packaged for long-distance travel.

The carousel is covered in fondant, frosting, and sprinkles.

You might spot a few hidden Mickeys! In fact, each carousel creation is a little different because the decorators choose different spots for hidden Mickeys.

The Ariel and Flounder icon on top resembles the ornament pin for the resort.

The four molded chocolate horses are not decorated, but that makes us feel better about eventually eating them.

There are tiny fondant presents and boughs of holly on the cookie base.

There are candies stuck into the frosting edge of the carousel roof, and one candy on top.

While this gingerbread carousel looks too good to eat, you might have to rather than attempt to travel with it. If you do manage to get it home safely, it would make an amazing addition to holiday decor.
