A new quick service dining location is destined for the Italy Pavilion at EPCOT. Just 10 days after we reported on permits filed by Patina Restaurant Group, we now have a possible name for the location: La Gelateria. It is likely that the location will specialize in gelato treats.
Earlier today, Twitter user bioreconstruct shared aerial images of what is going on behind the construction walls in the Italy Pavilion.
Concrete sections have been removed.
From this angle, it is possible to see support columns rising from the ground. La Gelateria will be located on The American Adventure side of the Italy Pavilion.
