This is a great, hearty breakfast to start your park day.

The salsa was fresh and delicious. The beans were tasty and well-cooked, with just the right texture.

The eggs were fluffy and salted nicely. Tortilla strips added a nice bit of crunch to the dish.

The guacamole was creamy.

We didn’t need to add any seasoning to this dish, we found it flavorful enough on its own. This is definitely a delicious breakfast option for those starting their day off early at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

  1. If it’s “plant based” then why are there actual eggs on this dish? Are they not actually eggs? I’m very confused.
