Most of Walt Disney World may be gearing up to celebrate Christmas, but the U.S.A. still has Thanksgiving later this month. Roaring Fork at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge has a small way to celebrate this American holiday with a new thanksgiving cupcake.

Pumpkin-spiced Vanilla Cupcake with Caramel Filling and White Chocolate Icing

As its delicate design would imply, the flavors here are very mellow, with mainly the pumpkin spice coming through.

The leaves, while stunning, were just shaped fondant, and tasteless.

The icing was sweet and creamy, with the white chocolate flavor coming through.

The filling was creamy and thick, but not so thick as to stick in place and make eating difficult. It was soft caramel, like a Werther’s candy.

All together, this was a delicious dessert. All the flavors melded together to create a wonderful treat.

With taste and a beautiful presentation on this cupcake’s side, we would say it is a win.
