Last year, Cast Members had their first chance at picking between a Disney+ package or the usual Main Entrance Pass granted to them as part of the perks of working for the Disney parks. This year, the option is returning for Cast Members to pick between what perk suits them best.

Starting in January 2021, Cast Members will have a two-week period to choose a Disney+ bundle subscription or default to a Main Entrance Pass. The full Disney+ bundle package includes Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu.

For eligible Cast Members who selected the Disney+ bundle in 2020, this option will extend into the next calendar year until their 2021 selection becomes effective.

The Disney Parks Main Entrance Pass grants Cast Members the ability to take family members and friends to the theme parks for free, with some blockout dates and restrictions. Regardless of what perk they opt for, Cast Members will continue to receive a limited number of complimentary park tickets each year. They will also still receive self-admission to the parks (subject to Cast Member blockouts), as well as the usual discounts offered to Cast.
