According to Disneyland Resort’s calendar, Downtown Disney District and Buena Vista Street will not be open on Christmas day.
The calendar lists no hours for December 25, 2020. Hours for the surrounding days are normal.
Dining locations at both Downtown Disney District and the recently reopened Buena Vista Street had to close earlier this week due to a stay-at-home order. The theme parks have been closed since March with no reopening date in sight. The holiday closure might be an effort to mitigate crowds and give Cast Members the day off.
For now, regular operating hours are still listed on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

I think its good for castmembers to be with their families for Christmas. My heart goes out to the businesses of California. The governor will destroy multiple businesses. I never thought I would see such incompetence destroying the Disney Company. His closings are not based on science, and I hope the businesses will unite and fight against this oppression.
Considering there is a stay at home order why it’s even still open is mind boggling
