It’s another beautiful day to be at the Universal Orlando Resort. It’s a rainy morning, so grab your poncho, and let’s check out the latest updates from around the parks.
In CityWalk, we could see behind the construction wall that the large interactive screen has been removed.
We decided to start our day over at Universal Studios Florida.
It’s a rainy Monday morning and the crowds are pretty calm.
This is the perfect day for an umbrella.
Passing by Central Park Crepes, there was no line so we stopped to grab a crepe. We were discussing ideas for a new seasonal crepe with the chef, who then offered to make us a special crepe, since we’ve tried the entire menu already.
This “secret” crepe was delicious and combined Nutella, strawberries, blueberries, lemon, cranberries, and whipped cream.
Some minion friends have joined the parade float to interact with guests.
On our way through CityWalk, we stopped into the Toothsome Chocolate Emporium and checked in on the holiday snacks. In additional to the seasonal flavors of macarons, we also spotted a gingerbread marshmallow cookie sandwich. This looks so good!
Over in Seuss Landing, the Whos were playing around in the If I Ran The Zoo playground area.
The crowds picked up around the park once the sun started to come out.
Lighting has been installed along the pathway at the entrance to Jurassic Park. The path is very dark at night, so this is definitely needed, but we wish they blended in a little more with the scenery.
That’s all for this visit to the Universal Orlando Resort. Thanks for joining us today and be sure to stay tuned for all the latest updates.
I think it would be hysterically funny if the Knight Bus’ shrunken head had a mask on.
